Past few months i was using the official version of windows 11 but in my laptop i was facing some problems so yesterday i again switched to windows 10 but i found that my Microsoft Office 365 free version is not there so please help.

The password was suddenly change by someone that is not me, and I can't reset password because the phone number to receive code was changed too.

I suspect the issue is I didn't check the "keep me logged in" box, so now portions of O365 fail badly X minutes after I login instead of sending me to re-auth or keeping a central session alive whole I'm in outlook online.
